Trabuca, A Tribute to Bairrada

The name Trabuca comes from a nickname given to the father as a child, passed down from father to son — now in its third generation — much like winemaking itself within the family. This brand stands as a tribute to the father.

António Andrade

In our vineyards and in the old family winery, I planted the roots of a legacy that now lives on through my son Pedro. Today, I watch with pride as he honours that tradition, turning hard work and passion into wines that tell our story.

The Passing of the Legacy

Heart of Anadia

In the heart of Anadia, Vale de Boi is a picturesque area where a traditional adobe brick house stands out beside a small square, distinct from all others. Here, winemaker Pedro Guilherme Andrade has established his own wine production base. He farms 4 hectares of his father's vineyard, located no more than 20 km from the ocean, on soils predominantly of clay with a notable presence of limestone and some rounded stones, which lend freshness to the wines.
